About actionload increase for failed attempts

Hello, If a waiter tries to seat a customer group but fails is the actionload for SEATING increased anyway or not? same question for taking Order.

Also a question about taking Order: If a waiter takes a Order of a Group with size 5 and 2 can’t find a recipe and leave will the ORDER load be increased by 3 or 5 Ticks?

Hello,

These posts cover it:

Therefore, if only 3 of 5 customers successfully order, the TAKING ORDERS tick load increases by 3.

Special case: partial EVENT seating actions still count even if the whole seating attempt fails: Event seating load.

I’m fairly certain that the part about the seating and ordering load is incorrect (we are passing enough tests).

I’ve been told multiple times and have also read in other posts that failed attempts for these 2 actions DO increase the respective load.

However, the seating and ordering status log only count the number of successfully seated customers/successful orders.

And waiters that ONLY had failed actions of one of these 2 types in this tick are not counted in the respective status log as well.

E.g. if a waiter was assigned to a casual group of size 5 but no table was found, his seating load will be increased by 5.

But since he only had failed seating attempts, he will not be counted in the seating status log.

Had he e.g. successfully seated another group of size 2 in this tick (i.e. his seating load is now 7), then the seating status would count this waiter and also the 2 successfully seated customers.
