But the CASUAL groups can “reserve” tables via the BrowsingSystem, right?

As per the Project Specification:

Page 19, Line 12:

Some customers use a service to find their restaurant.

As such, the Browsing Service is used to find the appropriate restaurant, and not to make reservations.
