In our Design the Waiter takes the order of the casualGroups that are deliverys.
Do we need to increase the Tickload of the TAKING_ORDER action in Waiter for this or is that not influenced by that.
Waiters are not assigned to groups not in the restaurant so no need to increase the tick load.
