Hello, does somebody know, how to convert .puml files to pdf in VS Code?

Hi,
what we did was convert to LaTeX with a local plantuml installation (plantuml --latex diagram.puml) and then convert that to PDF (pdflatex $diagram.tex).
With the PlantUML plugin for VSCode, you can also press CTRL + Shift + P, then enter PlantUML: Export current diagram and select export as LaTeX (PDF appears to be broken sometimes). There are probably LaTeX to PDF plugins for VSCode, but I can’t recommend a specific one.
