I would like to deregister from this course in the LSF. However, the withdrawal fails with the status “Voraussetzungsfehler”, so I cannot complete it myself.

If you encounter technical issues with registration or deregistration in LSF, please contact your examination office.
We are not able to resolve LSF-related technical issues or register/deregister students on their behalf.
As far as I know, every other lecture with exam admission requirements can deregister students if they don’t meet the requirements. Why is it not possible here?
