Does PackagingChange affect the Ingredients stored in pantries?

Hi,

does the PackagingChange incident affect the volume of the already purchased ingredients, which is stored in the restaurants pantries, or does it only affect what can be purchased from the supplier?

It only applies to packages that can be purchased from the supplier. Packages that have already been purchased are not affected.
