How does the browsing service estimate the number of customers planning to go to a restaurant?

Hi,
its all reserved tables + the casual customers already send to the restaurant in the current tick + the casual customers in the restaurant, but which did not left yet (here a table is blocked fully if a casual group is sitting there already)
