Hello. Imagine that event has favourite dish for european and for asian restaurant and they are visiting european restaurant and currently the european dish is not available, whie asian one is. When they order, will they only look at the favourite european dish and after the reject they will look directly at the preferences of subgroups without looking at the asian one?

Yes. favoriteDishes maps each restaurant type to one event favorite dish (page 21, Figure 6). At a EUROPEAN restaurant, only the EUROPEAN favorite applies. If it is unavailable, customers continue with their subgroup preferences according to the normal ordering rules (page 22, lines 4-12). The ASIAN event favorite is not considered.
