How to log Reviews during preparation phase

Hey,

In the specifications in page 15, line 15 it is mentioned that:



If a REGULAR or EVENT group cannot be assigned a table, 16 the manager informs them immediately, so they do not show up at the restaurant. This 17 might result in a negative rating.

“This 17 might result in a negative rating.” how do we log this rating and when since the logs for the rating happens in the end of the tick? Knowing that the assignment of the tables happens in the preparation phase which has no ticks.

Hi,

The rating is then logged at the end of tick 1, as specified on page 23, lines 1–5: failed reservations are rated in the first tick of the evening when the reservations failed.

Note that the reservation failure is logged during preparation using FOH No Reserving (page 31, lines 1-5).
