On page 31 line 17 it says:

Each of the subsequent logs will be logged per driver […], in order of ascending group id.

Does that mean we should iterate over the driver ids or the group ids?
Or can one driver also be assigned multiple groups at once (although to our interpretation of the specification, that is not possible), s.t. we first order by driver then by group?

drivers are only assigned to one group at a time.

the correct log order is by the group id (group should be assigned to a driver).
