Mapping Event Group Functionalities to Features P02 , P03 , P04

P02 FOH - Event Seating Assigning waitstaff for event seating

P03 FOH - Event Other Actions Performing other actions for event groups, like waitstaff

P04 Customer - Events Performing event customer behavior, e.g., decision,

serving, rating

So I am bit confused on the functionality separation between P03 and P04 .
I completely understand P03 has waitStaff selction , but what is actually action performance ?

P04 has serving and rating , does it also have escorting ?

For casualt Customers SEATING → Ordering → Cooking → Serving → escorting → rating

P02 SEATING

PO3 Ordering and waitstaff selection for it

P 04 Serving → escorting → rating

Is it like this ? I would be gratefull if I get to kwow what are segregated functionalities in between P03 and P04 ?

Also P04 : Performing event customer behavior, does. it involve Event Customer Ordering or not ? Is Event Customer Ordering part of P03 ?
