If the sum of those SERVING capacities suffices to serve the EVENT table, the manager will assign as many waiters as needed. Otherwise, the manager will wait one tick and then start SERVING meals one by one in the next tick. In general, the manager prioritizes the waiters in descending number of cooked meals in the kitchen that belong to their assigned tables.
What do we mean by “manager will start SERVING”? The manager would be considered a separate entity to waiters? Further, what do we mean by “one-by-one”, the manager essentially serves 1 meal? Not quite sure about this part

Is an event group dish ordering behavior identical to other groups, i.e. if the restaurant cannot make sufficient event favourite dishes then the remaining customers order something else (if available)?
-
I am not quite sure about how waiter assignment works in context of event groups, are the waiters selected from scratch in every phase of the restaurant’s operation via the relevant selection process (say once during seating and once during serving) OR it is kind of like other dine-in customers, wherein here you select the set of waiters during event seating and the same set of waiters continue for further actions like taking orders, serving etc?

Clarification - the inventory prepares for the Event’s favourite dish ONLY and not an individual customer’s favourite dish(es), correct?

Do we reserve a table for a regular customer that might arrive at or after endOfOpening (further, say even after closing time)? It is obvious that we don’t seat them and the customer leaves immediately, but do we still make the table reservation for the evening?
-
Is it a parsing error if the regular customer of a restaurant has a visitingTick higher than (or equal to) the closingTime of a restaurant?
-
Consider the regular customer arrives to the restaurant after endOfOpening or even closingTime (still not endOfEvening yet). Do we log for the group’s arrival? We dont’t log beyond that, since the group is turned away, correct?
-
Would it be considered a bad review if a regular customer group arrives at or after endOfOpening and are obviously turned away by the restaurant? This case is obviously not possible for event and casual groups because we filter for it, but not sure about the regular customers situation.

Question regarding new specs: https://forum.se.cs.uni-saarland.de:51443/t/specification-adjustments/16/8
Just so i understand this correctly, the statement implies that a delivery order need not be handed over to a delivery driver in 1 tick right? i.e consider the situation where the delivery order has 5 meals and the only waiter at the restaurant has SERVING tick load = 7. Then the waiter serves 3 meals this tick and the remaining 2 in the next tick, correct?
Apologies for the long post and thanks in advance!
