Number of waitstaff

Hello,

in the specification page 10 it states, that the restaurant has to have waitstaff > 0, so in other words at least one.
Does this only include “serving” waiters or is the waitstaff manager included in this or not?

Also on page 22, for the waitstaff incident it states, that the number of staff for should never be below 0 and any reduction beyond that should also result in 0. How does this work when waitstaff is initially at least 1? Can waitstaff then become 0?

Do we assume that a manager is always present and not included in the waitstaff property and this only reflects actual “serving” waiters? Or how do we count waiters?

the waitstaff manager is not included in this.

Regarding the incident: Yes the waitstaff number can be reduced to 0.

Yes, we assume a manager always to be present and the manager is not included in the waitstaff property.
