Hello,

Consider for simplicity that a regular CustomerGroup has 1 customer who orders a dish X everytime the customer visits a given restaurant. As we know, a recipe change incident can alter a recipe’s ingredient requirements. However, assume that this person made his first visit before the incident and second visit after the incident.

Assuming dish X required 15 potatoes during the first visit but only 10 potatoes during the second visit, will the order history computation also require us to keep track of this change, i.e. will the total potatoes required be 15+10 or simply 10+10 now?

As per the Project Specification:

Page 11, Lines 7 - 8:

For those known regulars planning to visit on this evening, they plan all ingredients to be able to cook all orders of the group’s last three visits.

Therefore, the ingredients are planned based on the current recipes of the meals ordered during the group’s previous visits.
