Hello. When we log that pantry procured ingredients, do we say how many it asked or how many it actually received? (I assume iit is the second one but want to make sure)
And if it didn’t receive due to unavailability, do we not log this case?

Yes, log the amount actually procured (your assumption).
If an ingredient is unavailable, nothing is procured, so there is no Procured log for that ingredient and no separate failure log (page 26, lines 28-34; page 31, lines 12-17). The usual Restocked ingredients log still follows.
