Rating after ordering of not delivery customer

Hi,

when a customer group placed an order in tick x. They did not get any dish until tick x + 4 (in tick x + 4 they get the complete order). Is that neutral, positiv or negativ experience?

It’s a standard limit in Discourse to prevent spam/low-effort posts. Sometimes, a simple “thank you” would probably make sense, but the discourse devs decided they rather want stricter defaults to avoid spam and most lectures don’t bother changing it. Prog2 for example had the same limit.
