When do regular groups perform/log their rating after if they don’t get a seat?
If the table reservation fails during preparation, the REGULAR group gives and logs its negative rating in the rating step of the first tick of that evening (page 23, lines 1-10; page 38, lines 1-9).
If seating fails after arrival, it rates at the end of the tick in which it leaves.

Does it work the same way for event groups?
Yes. If an EVENT group’s table reservation fails, it gives and logs a negative rating during the rating step of the first tick of its event evening.
