In case a customer orders a dish that requires a cook which the restaurant currently does not employ, should this order be rejected immediately or does the customer just wait until their waiting limit is reached and they leave without food? Should ordering a dish that no cook is elegible to cook even be possible?
edit: I got clarification; dishes that no cook of the restaurant can cook should not be able to be ordered
