Restoring the tables

Hello,
on page 15, line 1, it says that the waitstaff “cleans and potentially restores the tables”. Does this mean that they are also separating the tables?

Yes; on page 21, lines 2 - 3:

The front of house is immediately cleaned and tables are separated in preparation of the next evening.

Thanks for the reply. I have one follow up question though, my passage talks about when a customer leaves, your passage talks about when the opening time ends.
So does this mean that the tables are only separated when the restaurant closes?
Or am I understanding something wrong here? Thanks for any clarification.

This part is relevant only to CASUAL groups. After a casual group leaves, their corresponding table(s) will be restored (split).

Note that tables reserved for REGULAR group is reserved for the whole evening, so they will be restored by the end of evening.
