Second Attempt of seating Groups in the last 3 ticks

Hello,

I have a question regarding the following specification adjustment:

A restaurant does not accept new customers in the last 3 ticks of their opening time. **This includes customers that arrived in the previous tick but could not be seated.**
If a restaurant has reached the end of the opening time and customers are still inside, you can assume that they are all escorted outside immediately**, without the waiters having to do an action.**

For those groups that could not be seated in the previous tick, what tick do they perform their rating in?

So e.g. if we have a restaurant with openingTickEnd == 24 and a group that could not be seated for the first time in tick 21, do they rate the restaurant in tick 21 or 22?

Hello, they rate in tick 22. A group that couldn’t be seated “tries again the next tick and then leaves”, so in your example the group is still in the restaurant waiting at the end of tick 21. In tick 22 the restaurant is in its last 3 ticks, so the second attempt is refused and the group leaves then. Leaving without a seat is a negative experience and the rating happens “at the end of the tick where in-restaurant customer groups have left the restaurant”.
