Hello !
When the specification says that two teammates test one feature, does it mean that both test that feature completely (with most tests overlapping), or does it mean that each of the two tests the feature only partially (with no or very minimal overlapping tests)?
It would be really helpful if someone could clarify it.

If two persons test the same thing that does not make any sense. In case you have twice the same test, you would not benefit from that. What you rather should do. Some basic tests and some more complicated ones. And before you start testing you should communicate with the other team member who is also responsible for testing that feature, who is doing which part of testing for that component.
